About Me

I’m Philippa, and Wild Ox brings together my long-standing passion for movement and creating a healthy lifestyle through building habits for lasting change. Over the years I've enjoyed running, triathlon, yoga and more recently CrossFit and Pilates, which underpin my approach to strength, mobility and body awareness.

Alongside Wild Ox, I’ve spent nearly two decades working in the NHS in programme and project management roles, supporting teams through complex change and service improvement, which has taught me a lot about how people navigate change, build resilience and turn intentions into action. These same ideas underpin the way I approach coaching and wellbeing
