My Approach

At Wild Ox, Pilates is taught as part of a broader approach to long-term health and wellbeing. Sessions focus on helping you to better, feel stronger and build long-term physical resilience, developing a body capable for everyday life.

Move well. Build strength. Stay resilient.

Pilates can benefit a wide range of people, including those who:

  • spend long periods sitting at a desk

  • want to improve posture and core strength

  • are returning to exercise after a break

  • want to support other activities such as running or strength training

  • are looking for a sustainable way to stay active and healthy

Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness" - Joseph Pilates
